A Legacy To Be Proud Of

Being a father of a 4 year old boy gives me the same perspective on the life of my child as you do. I want him to grow up successful, happy & proud of his father, knowing that I've helped countless "underdogs" achieve great things in life despite life. Realizing that sports can lead to greater self esteem is the ultimate goal.  Seeing education, discipline, consistency and knowledge can produce a future so bright that it transforms the lives of not just the child that attends but their future families and children to come.

Helping To Build A Strong Character

Character is an evaluation of a particular individuals durable moral qualities. The concept of character can imply a variety of attributes including the existence or lack of virtues such as integrity, courage, fortitude, honesty, and loyalty, or of good behaviors or habits. Moral character primarily refers to the assemblage of qualities that distinguish one individual from another - although on a cultural level, the set of moral behaviors to which a social group adheres can be said to unite and define it culturally as distinct from others.

Just A Quick Reminder

For athletes who are varsity level or higher, they know the value of hard work & preparation and this can seem very physically difficult and emotionally draining to them. Their talent now becomes like a chore, a job.

They come to PSA for a very unique reason...To get so fit, so fast and so strong, that when they return to team practice it's not as difficult or draining and they can start to ENJOY the sport they used to love so much and recapture the reasons they fell in love with it from the start.

Sometimes, The Best Gifts Are Those We Find In Ourselves

Many athletes arrive at PSA with their heads down defeated, excluded & rejected. Often times they are picked on for being too small for their age, too weak for their size or just plain uncoordinated and awkward.  At PSA I empower the athletes to find an athletic advantage to their genetics, perfect it and then implement it into their athletic arsenal. Once they achieve success, the smiles and confidence that follows is truly a miracle that is priceless.

All Children Are Special

Some children that I encounter come from environments where they may feel like they are falling through the cracks, just a number or unimportant.  I take a personal effort to ensure that every athlete not only achieves greatness, but to feel as though they matter…at least to me.  Every athlete is personally welcomed and at the end of every training session they receive special advice, handshakes, and motivational tid-bits that are unique to them.

Consistency Pays Off Big!

"The past couple of years my confidence and strength has gone through the roof because of you. You've taught me so many things I can utilize in my sport, training and real life.  I would love to say you're the person who made me stronger, but it was really me all along with you to guide me and help me become the person I was meant to be. You stood by me, inspired me and encouraged me even when the going got tough. Thank you for kicking my butt and helping me to reach my goals and continue to strive for more!" -- Taylor aka Doll Baby
