EQUINE SPORTS CONDITIONING PROGRAM
Horse riding requires strong legs and adductor thigh muscles in order to control the horse, as well as a strong set of abdominal, shoulder, and lower back muscles for position and rein control. A well trained jocky or rider will also have strong bones and joints to protect from falls and unforeseen accidents.
